Pumpkin seeds contain Vit. K, Vit. E, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron , copper and anti-oxidants. They are anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral and considered to be good for your bones, prostrate, skin, and sleep.
