    • Yes, I understand but pies usually have sugar. That’s why I shared some alternative ways to use pumpkin that are healthier than the typical pie. Hope you will try one!

  3. Glad you are pointing out how nutritious pumpkins are – when they are not surrounded by sugar in a pie or cookie. I have a friend who created an organic pumpkin facial mask that is amazing! Since your skin absorbs everything you put on it, pumpkin is a healthy exfoliant too!
