My husband loves asparagus to begin with and he seems to really love recipe!!
Even if you don’t normally love asparagus give this recipe a try. This may be the one to change your mind!
- 1 lb. of fresh asparagus
- 1-2 T. olive oil
- 1-2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-4 T. balsamic vinegar
Rinse asparagus and snap off the tough ends. Place on oiled (olive oil) baking sheet and toss to coat. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake about 15 minutes at 450 degrees until asparagus is tender. Sprinkle liberally with balsamic vinegar to taste and serve.
