Sugar is a Poison
I am not a scientist but I believe what Dr. Robert Lustig says about sugar and fructose in this enlightening video. (Be aware that he does get a little technical at times but this information is too good to miss! It is well worth it for you to watch the whole 1 1/2 hours.)
Do you need some motivation to stop drinking soda, Coke, pop, Pepsi? Watch this video!
Dr. Lustig also explains what high fructose corn syrup is and how sugar and fructose are connected to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. He goes on to talk about the hormones involved in weight gain and why it is not fat but sugar that makes you fat. He also explains a little bit about fiber and exercise.
The main factors that are involved in weight gain and obesity, as discussed in this video, are integrated in my weight loss program.

Information alone is rarely enough
Information alone is rarely enough to cause a permanent shift in behavior (change of habit). There are usually other factors involved such as low self esteem, self sabotage, believing other lies, emotional wounds, unforgiveness, not believing you are worthy or really forgiven, wrong thinking habits etc.
