- 2 c. raw spinach, washed
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced 1/2″ thick
- 1 c. onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 – 1/2 c. oil & vinegar dressing, cold
- 1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
- 1 T. rosemary
Put spinach, oranges, and onions in a bowl. Mix the oil & vinegar dressing with the concentrate and rosemary and pour into the bowl. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
