Lemon Garlic Chicken
1 lb. chicken breast, cut up
3 T. lemon juice
1 t. oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. parsley
Saute chicken breast in skillet with butter, olive oil or coconut oil or a combination of these until browned.
Add lemon juice, and spices and simmer until some of the lemon juice is boiled away.
Serve with plenty of vegetables or a large salad.
