Why a mix? Since a lot of ordinary ready-made food has undesirable ingredients and “healthy” ready-made food is quite expensive, the only way to eat healthy and make it affordable is to make your own for some things.
1/3. c. each oregano and basil
2 T. each rosemary and garlic powder
1/4 c. each thyme, marjoram and parsley
Mix all ingredients together and store on a plastic or glass container.
Use as needed to make your own Italian salad dressing, or in Italian dishes like spaghetti or lasagne or in making your own croutons or herbed stuffing.
