Healthy Recipe Finds: Breakfast part 1
Recipes are “healthy” if their ingredients and mode of preparation are health promoting. Since every body is different every one will have a slightly different definition of what is healthy for them. Some people are allergic or intolerant of grains, milk, eggs, nuts, berries, chocolate, and the list goes on. Please make appropriate ingredient substitutions where necessary. Yes, I like sweet potatoes. 🙂
