  1. I enjoy fruits such as strawberries, cantalope, watermellon, oranges, bananas with a splash of milk and a dolup of ice cream. Sweet but great if only 8 ounces. Should not give you a sugar spike when done with calories in mind.

    • Sounds like that one *would* give you a sugar spike. I recommend mostly vegetables when juicing. Fruits aren’t quite as much of a problem in smoothies with the fiber.

  2. I will try some of your combinations. So far, I have been enjoying the fresh fruits with lower calories. Strawberries, cantelope, watermellon.
