    • Absolutely yes! That’s a great idea to change directions, but even without doing that, any walking at all is very beneficial!

  2. Walking is really good for every person. if we should increase our physical activities like walking, running, swimming, then we will no need to join gym for weight loss. I used walk at least 6km each day.
